New extra-large hoop
The largest and most advanced embroidery frame Brother has ever offered. Measuring 297 x 465mm (11 5/8″ x 18 1/4″) with easier to release levers.

New larger embroidery projection
Using intelligent light projection, StitchVision Technology is like seeing into the future – providing the ability to preview, audition, and edit designs and stitches directly on fabric.

Transform photos into thread art
Using the Picture Play Embroidery function transform your own images into stitches – directly on-screen. Use your image as is or enhance your image with a choice of ten artistic styles.

Intelligent Stitch Regulator
Master free motion quilting, as the ISR automatically adjusts needle speed, maintaining a continuous even stitch length, no matter how fast or slow the fabric is moving.

New larger guides projection
More than 2.5 times larger than the XP, the projection area is an outstanding 8″ x 5″ (127 x 203 mm). Grids and guidelines come 16 colours and eight different angles.

New buttonhole preview
Watch the camera recognise your button and set the size. Then marvel as the projector preview shows the style, vertical or horizontal placement, and spacing directly on your fabric.

Vivid 10.1inch touchscreen
Swipe and scroll, just like a tablet through EV1’s library of designs, basic operations and advanced embroidery functions. Adjustable brightness for comfortable, strain-free viewing.

Quiltbroidery
Create the beauty of quilting stitches at home, at the touch of a button including easy to connect edge-to-edge quilting and stunning sash designs, plus echo quilting, stipple and stunning fill stitch designs.
